Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026. The German version is the legally binding one.
In short
- No cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools, no advertising.
- No third-party content: fonts and images are served from our own server.
- We store personal data only in the server's access log (15 days) and when you send one of our two forms.

2. Hosting and visiting the website
The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Germany. Hetzner processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you visit the website, the server processes your IP address to deliver the pages to you. It also writes each request to an access log (server log), storing in particular your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser's identifier (user agent). We use the log only to detect errors and attacks, and delete it after 15 days at the latest. The connection is encrypted with TLS (https). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is operating the website securely and reliably.
3. Pre-registration for the launch discount
When you pre-register, we process your email address, your consent, the time and the language of the page. We use your address only to send you your 20% discount code by email when BLITZZ POWER launches, and for nothing else.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to hendrik@blitzz-pro.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal.
We delete your address once we have sent you the code, at the latest 12 months after you pre-registered, and immediately if you withdraw your consent.
4. Ambassador applications
When you apply as an ambassador, we process your name, your email address, your social channels and, if you give them, your phone number, your address and your text about yourself, as well as your consent, the time and the language of the page. To review your application, we also look at the public profiles you name.
We use the data to review your application and to talk to you about working together. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and, for the optional details, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We delete your application 6 months after our decision. If we work together, we keep the data for as long as the collaboration and statutory retention duties require.
5. Where form data goes
Our server stores submitted forms in a file that only the website application can read. Copies in server backups are overwritten after 7 days at the latest.
The server also forwards each submission to our inbox by email. For sending, we use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). Brevo processes the content of the form on our behalf; the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is part of Brevo's terms of use. More in Brevo's privacy policy.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to anyone other than the service providers named here.
6. Protection against spam and abuse
The forms contain a field that is invisible to people and catches automated submissions. The server also limits submissions to 5 per 10 minutes per IP address. For this, it keeps your IP address in memory for at most 20 minutes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the forms against abuse.
7. Your language choice
When you switch language, your browser stores your choice in its local storage (entry "blitzz-lang"), so the website does not redirect you to the other language on your next visit. If your browser language is German and you have not chosen yet, the German page opens. The entry stays on your device and is not sent to us; you can delete it in your browser settings. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as storing it is strictly necessary for the function you asked for.
8. Links to other websites
We link to Instagram and Unsplash. These are plain links: data only goes to the provider once you click one, and then that provider's privacy policy applies.
9. Your rights
You have the right to
- access your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdraw your consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Just write to us at hendrik@blitzz-pro.com.
You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The one responsible for us is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
10. Further information
Filling in the forms is voluntary. Without an email address we cannot send you a code, and without the required fields we cannot review your application. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
If anything on the website changes, we update this policy.
